I needed to find an assisted living facility for my mom after her stay at a short term rehabilitation facility. The social worker got in touch with Rita who was in touch with us immediately. Our Aunt & Uncle have REALLY been struggling, but we had no idea how much until their daughter & caregiver became very ill, went on hospice and passed away.
